I don't know why...
but meanwhile you can remove all mods about all-campaigns and then
I suppose you will be able to play it.

I've tried it with only the "data" and "texts" files, but the game still reacts in the same way.

I am playing the tutorial campaign again (c1m3) and i am on the siege. When I kill the scout absolutely nothing happened. I can sit here for weeks and nothing will happen still. Any ideas?

Ok it's not working for me but I know why, the file All_campaigns_data is damaged/corrupted. I downloaded it from the heroesfr site is there some other place I can get it or can someone upload a working version somewhere? Thanks ^^

I have donwload the mod, and play the first campaing of hamer of fates. But in the dialog replay, theres is no file and video?. Did I have to finish all 3 campains to see the cutscenes in the dialog replay section?....

Seeing this request from 2008 made me sad since it was never resolved. I really wanted to play the original campaigns with the improved TotE engine, so I looked into it and here it is:

1. Install "Heroes 5 - Tribes of the East"
2. Apply the official v3.1 patch.
3. Install the "H5/HoF Campaigns for ToE" as described by sfidanza.
4. You also need to install the "Heroes 5 Original Look'n Feel".
5. Install the fix I linked above by copying the two executables inside the "bin" folder. This will overwrite the files from the previous step, thus updating the "Heroes 5 Original Look'n Feel" to version 3.1.
6. Enjoy.
Note: All credit for the initial solution goes to Tobagua, I just inspected his executables and then applied the changes to the new 3.1 game.

Nice job wolfman!  That's awesome. We can hopefully get someone to try it out, I won't since I finished both previous campaigns already.

It's here (not mine; Morthi's).
You need "All_Campaigns.cutscenes", "All_Campaigns.dialogscenes", "All_Campaigns.data" and "All_Campaigns.texts". But I think there may be a problem cause this is the polish version (texts.PL, dialogscenes.PL etc.)

They were on http://www.heroes-fr.com, but they recently deleted them? I remenber downloading in spanish this fall...
