In fairness, these rules were written when the VW was more active. So, I tell you what, from now on, or until I change the rules again, each contest winner will receive a +QP, good?

Here begins the voting for Round 3!
So there were SEVEN entries, I selected my three favorites, and then I used a RNG to select the fourth.
In no particular order, the four contenders are:
1 - Random Thoughts: When OSM is Not Enough
2 - Random Thoughts: Force feeding Fungi To Corribus Edition
3 - Random thoughts: The Tooth Fairy's Economic Policy Edition
4 - Random Thoughts: Those Weren't Chocolate Raisins Edition
