I saw this discussed in the previous thread (for previous server), but will we be joining in small groups with different invites so we don't all end up right next to one another?
I'm in. I have 541 points spent mostly on starting skill points and the shield....
I normally play Haven and wouldn't mind trying Doombolt's suggestion (also read in previous thread) of pairing up with an Academy player and swapping a few cities (to give Haven access to Academy magic heroes and Academy access to recruiting Paladins)...
so I'd be willing to play either Academy or Haven
Edit: actually... kind of ready for something new... I'm also down to play whatever is being played least... Vesuvius... if you see we're lacking in the use of a certain rare resource or faction... let me know... gladly go a different rout... 
yes, that is the strategy -- people join in one at a time, through referrals from the farthest out player. Its important that we spread out as much as possible in the beginning. We will be using a live chatroom when its time to initiate the process, and each person joins in turn. Along with several other rules through the growth process of the alliance, it will make a very successful spread over a large territory. Our current S2 alliance takes up 1/5th of the map... -Ves

I'd like to join you guys if there's still room. I've finished several season 1 servers, including winning Forgotten Specter, and am a subscriber.
Faction-wise I don't really have a preference, so can play whatever there aren't many of (the exception being Inferno; I love Inferno, but I've played it several times now and would like to do something different). I've got 590 legacy points to play with. I'm doing Inferno/Barrage Fire right now, so I think I might try out something different next time around, perhaps Magic Resistance.
You're welcome to join us zosma, if you do plan on committing for the next 5 months. How did you learn of this thread/TOH? -Ves

Hi im a Chrisanovix's friend and i wish to join your alliance in season 2
i dont have legacy point but i can play without it
(used them on the server im actually playing :S)
I usually use Razihell as my name but since there is a Razhiel already i can change my name for Natas
im playing inferno and im a suscriber
i would be please to make part of this alliance and would be a good addition to it

I'll be around through the end of the season, yes, and likely stick around for 3 as well. And I learned about TOH through itwasntme, who I've played with in a couple of worlds now.
I've been playing the HoMM games for years, btw, but the only real multiplayer I did was co-op games with my husband.

Teaming up to exchange city mid game sound like a good idea, at least it sound like something I'd like to try between a Necro and a Sylvan. If someone is interested tagging along with me to try this out I dont mind wichever race I play at beginning.

Your Legacy is usable on all S2 servers. You can change how you use the points also.

no, once you've selected what you want for a server, you cant change if for that server. Or I would have totally changed it for my account on the Dryads server haha

no, once you've selected what you want for a server, you cant change if for that server. Or I would have totally changed it for my account on the Dryads server haha
I can not wait to finally use legacy points. will have 590 on friday so am looking forward to finally using them. I am still contemplating barrage fire with sylvan. I think it will only benefit me clearing tiles more so than pvp with it hard to get strong shooters.

Well T4 does not a weak unit make. The Sylvan's T4+ power to cost ratio is the best you can have, equalled only by the inferno's succubus. Also their T4+ have better power to cost ratio than academy and necro T5+ and they are in between haven T4 and T5.
I'd say having an army of Master Druid does make you a little more suceptible to "per unit damage" magic, but around T4+ and over I think most spell who'll affect you are percentage based.

Heres the basis for the rumours:
The season 3 announcement that was recently posted stated that the first S3 trial server would start on June 8th. Now, I seem to remember that Season 1 servers were still starting after the "Storm of the Titans 2" test server was opened (please confirm/deny if anyone knows). I suspect we'll have more season 2 servers because the first S2 server, Dragon Legacy 2, has not yet finished. It wouldnt make sense for them to start season 3 without finishing off season 2.
The date for full transition to Season 3 was given as sometime in september I believe. In my opinion we'll continue to see S2 servers open until that point.
@ Vesuvius: I'll probably partner with zosma, we've played together on two servers and I don't believe she knows anyone else here.

I remember on starting 2 servers after the S2 test server. I quit them because I had 5 others in end-game and just couldn't spend the time.
