Some Ideas !
How about MaH holding a Map Making Contest, both for fixed maps and random templates? Maybe the winning maps to b used in a Map Masters Tourney later on in season ?
Might b fun as there seems to b more ppl making rmg templates as of late and some new fixed maps r in desperate need i think also.
Posting adds in somewhere like Celestail Heavens would also b good publicity even tho many of the ppl there prefer non-multi player tourney games they hav a big map making community and am sure u would get many entries via that site.
Briefs would need to be set tho for map types, obviously stating that they r intended to be used as tourney multi maps.
Fixed Closed, Fixed Open, Allied, Random Template etc
Maps could either b judged by a selected panel to select a short list for each catagory, then maybe the finalists could hav a poll in hc to b voted on by the players to elect a winner.
just an idea for something different that may get ppl interested in online tourneys, competition could b held over maybe 2 or 3 months even.
any comments ?

I like the idea. Not sure about the other 3 admins. If they like it maybe you can work with them to help set it up since it looks like you have it somwhat figured out already. If so I suggest either working with Ravyn, or Kitten on setting up the rules and all or even set up a meeting between the 3 of you to discuss it online. And talk to Kitten about the graphics and page set up since she is the main 1 that does that. Just my idea about your idea

Yea a good idea theres plenty of time,I suggested it last season when Motor first released Map masters but no one liked the idea, but usual depends on who brings the ideas up lol.

Actually this is something we have thought of.......details would have to be worked out more clearly but it could be possible
