Maybe it would have been better to ban me ... instead of making me ... Average Honor...from Highest Honor. Yes I was Brave Heart ... and so what ? I always played my games with honor (ask Bobntamr1 member of HC when he played against me and he said "U are a true honorable player" ... mebe he will recall about a game on Genesis). I will not compete anymore (in any tournament) until I will be Highest Honor again and my clan will receive its points again... and I'm sure The Teacher and Valkyrica will do the same ... so your Caesar Tournament... will be a joke

I kept silent about the HC decison, but I will speak too now:
A) departure orders Azure, feel free to boot yourself at anytime.
B) what is only fair by deception I docked double clan points for the two games valkyrica's clan played; that is instead of removing the 20 point gain you had from playing that clan, you lost 40.
C) whining Do not blame it on the Honor Council, this was my decision.
D) shady leadership You are the clan leader, and the thing you did was very shady Valkyrica. I cannot respect that; and you do not deserve to cry about the extra loss.
E) frank-style Azure, as I expected from his 'Frank-ness' would protest the decision (though the penalty very light in my opinion) and whine about it, protest, etc... the usual.
F) Additional disrespect; to continue to whine and protest, after so much time is put forth by the Honor Council reviewing, writing, and discussing your issue, I consider a waste of man hours for a dishonorable choice of your own making.
-And all this typing, anger, whining, waste of manpower, resources, disruption of clans, and so on... just because Azure decided to fake a second account.
Is one player worth the tournament? In this case, definitely not.

My fault
I was too stupid to research clan records when we were considering the Azure/Brave situation the first time.
We gave a lot of weight to his 'honesty' in his admission and his reasons for making the double account.
My thoughts are much different now, though..........

i guess the things are done, it's bad for me to keep talking about this annoying subject ,i assume it's the same for you, the only issue that bothers me very much, is not about the points ,is about the ignoring.
Is it a shame to keep communication alive after one year of co-habitation?
Or do you think the effort it's not worthy? Maybe we can still share opinions, maybe...
This is a question from me, exclusive, not involving whole clan, to you Ves and whole HC

Well, let's let it all hang out, shall we?
The honor council will remember that I brought a complaint against a certain "Brave (or cowardly) Heart" in regards to a clan match I played against him on a certain favorite map of his, i.e. "Circle of Life." Being an adequate heroes player myself, I was astounded at how well this Baron (at the time), a player of my rank who had risen up out of nowhere, was able to run this map. And I complained, wrongly, of course, because it seemed that something fishy was going on. "BraveHeart" had not cheated. Rather, he ran the map so well because he was, in fact, Emperor AzureDragonTM, and was, at that time, the highest-ranked Heroes IV player in the world. In addition, I was playing him on his favorite map. I was bound to lose, but I was also deceived, and I'm angry about that.
I would have played him regardless. My clan leader arranged the match, and I would have played AzureDragonTM or BraveHeart or whomever my clan leader arranged for me to play, but it wasn't fair for me to play someone I thought was a Baron when that person was really an Emperor, nor was it fair to my clan leader who thought he had arranged a fair fight for us with an equally-strong clan when, in fact, our opponents were led by an Emperor playing on his favorite map.
Having said that, though, I think the Honor Council made the best decision it could make under the circumstances. Ultimately, activity is low and clans are dead, so who cares? The Honor council's decision would have seriously upset me were activity high, but under the current circumstances, I think the best we can hope is that the devoted Heroes IV players who remain will learn from AzureDragon's example that blatant deception in a community based upon honor is unacceptable.

Many emails to be making soon. Not enough time to be as speedy as some would prefer.
Valk, I have always had much respect for you, though we have never talked much. I still do. I am surprised that you would take to the boards with contempt if you felt that you had been directed not to.
I will be emailing if needed shortly. Post them if you like here and feel so compelled. Afterall, if it really was felt it should not be here then I would delete it. If you feel this is the best place for any argument you want to make about an issue then feel free, but I would disagree that this would be the best place for such matters.
Again, please reply to your emails then if you feel the need that they should be read right away do with them as you like. If they are told to be confidential then that would be a different matter as well.
Best regards and we will be working on issues at hand much more fully in the next few days.

Im pretty shocuked about this matter too....And quite pissed
i had played circle back then more than 10x and this brave heart was playing it first time....so i went for it and hehe...strange but he played it prefectly and attacked me with great heroes first month...i lost and was quite bitter. Anyway i honor the HONOR COUNCIL decision whatver it is.

never really considered this cloneS business very important, and pass it by as childish behaviour and a picturesque touch for the community, to laugh and gossip at, without anyone being 100% sure..
..but i expected same behaviour from the clone and his close environment ..like, not speak a word when all this would come to the open?
gee valky..you 'won' 4-0 to braveheart..back in your closet
..and ofcourse, later on azure or valk will jump up and say, this thread was a 'prank' , just to irritate some and collect reactions..kids

I appreciate Insa's sense of perspective on this whole situation. In the grand scheme of things, all this isn't very important, and I wouldn't have said a word about it had not Valky launched this thread.
That said, however, I'd like to point out what I think is the source of my discomfort over the whole affair. In its explanation of its decision, the Honor Council expressed its admiration of AzureDragonTM's "honesty" in immediately admitting that he was Brave_Heart. I too admire those who are strong enough to admit they made a mistake, but AzureDragonTM didn't do that. He showed no remorse whatsoever. In effect, he said, "OK, so I deceived you all. Big deal! So what?" Well, in my opinion, the fact that we were deceived by someone of "Highest Honor" is significant. The fact that the deceiver offered no apology for the deception nor showed any remorse for it makes it worse.
... just my 2 cents. i'll be quiet now.

I take everything bad i said back, things were said in anger(personal reasons, and then i saw that cut and got angrier, i had no right, but the damage is done now, no point in believing otherwise), the point of this entire thread was that we would like to be informed if we get booted, things change or we are too under suspicion.
I was the one to lose the most here, i'm in an embarassing situation, i don't know if you see where i'm coming from with this whole mess.
So I guess this was sort of like an apology on my behalf, i know what i did was wrong(harboring azure's brave heart), but it couldn't be done otherwise.
I will leave you guys to your work now. Decide what you must, i will do as you say.
@insa : nah, wasn't a joke, twas wrong place, wrong time, wrong words
P.S. : can i delete the thread entirely ?

2 cents from an player quickly becoming toatally inactive.
Laelth and Haile have said enough already, but I'll add a little more.
I have pleasant conversation with Azure, Teach and Valk on a regular basis. I have played with them all and have no problems. In real life, I have some friends that also happen to be in jail or prison or were at one time. People make mistakes in life and need to face the consequences from time to time. I say mistakes lightly, because you rarely find actual mistakes, most of the time there is pre-meditation involved. My friends who landed in jail were there because they knowingly broke the rules.
I was shocked at the leniant response from the HC and Ves. If I were the Unholy Alliance, I would work hard to be the most gracious players in the community to prove that the decision made was correct...kind of like community service when the judge is leniant with you in real life.
We all know there are other clones out there...some from other clans, maybe even others from Unholy. Work hard boys to repair the damage you have done and to prevent the #1 clan from becoming only a memory in what is left of the community.
