Recommendation for Heroes5 submitted by a member
"Why not have random weather patterns from day to day.
Rain could slow down the movement rate of all heroes.
Snow could reduce both movement and monster production
rate. Good weather could increase crop production, hence
more monsters produced per week. My favorite would be
the rare meteor storm that would destroy at random a
hero on that occasion. We could even have a new class
of hero, the Postman, who is immune to weather
phenomenon and carries an magically artifact called
an Uzi (hehe)"

I like those ideas.
I would like to see more map activities, for example. Being able to build look out cannon posts. That can see incoming heroes into your area and shoot at them. Or land mines etc.
Basically beable to build buildings on various parts of the map as you go. Imagine being able to build your town where ever you wanted to set up camp, and build walls and defenses etc. Ofcourse all that would cost a high price.
Would kinda like be a mix between Warcraft and Heroes. A turn based Warcraft so to speak.
And since this looks to be a H5 wish list. I hope they get rid of that movement on map is based on creature speed stuff. Would like all the creatures to be important, not just the fast level 4's etc.
And make more than 6-8 towns. Make like 12 towns, with 8-10 creatures in each, and have like 2 upgradable levels for each unit.
And keep the NO chaining feature, that was the one thing that was done right in H4.
Enuff babbling for now

I liked Ves ideas but not Jinxers. If you like to play Warcraft 3 play it. Lets keep Heroes as a turnbased game.
I think that heroes5 wouldn't be so good if it would be like Warcraft.

Given that that all the monsters stay at home in front of the fire when it snows and there ain't a whole lot to do during that time, shouldn't snow increase the monster production rate?

just have to say it, insatiable's signature RULES. I mean he is weird and such, but it's the bestest sig I ever seen hehe.

Funny the quoted guy was prolly serious too... so imagine a game made by him and jinxer... disaster wouldnt even begin to describe it lol

we all should be happy if they would be able to make smthn better than this crap called homm4 is
the ideea that was posted here by ves is great, but unfortunatelly the team that made the homm4 sucked big big time and I have doubts about the team that will concept homm5

why do 90% of the heroes players have to be so arrogant i don't know, a few exceptions of course (aculias and haile from what i know).
the thing is, you don't like h4, or maybe you can't understand it, you pick on towns'or creatures' graphics instead of looking at the gameplay. They had done some mistakes with h4 as well as with h3 ( you all know what they are, you have rules against them ... ), so what?
you keep on blaming them and telling that they have done a crap job, when in fact there is a community, small but present, that likes for what it is and i'm sure there are much more single players out there that enjoy it too.
A game will never be perfect for all its "fans", there will be some whiners like you or others that will find something they don't like, instead of appreciating the other 90% they do like ...
Problem is that you're starting to take everything for granted, you assume that because you spent 40, 50 dollars on the game (and i know some have it ripped and still snow about it - both in h3 or h4) you have the right to criticise the hell out of the men who worked so hard for it, which were in fact the ones that gave you h3, under 3do supervision, but about the same team ... so you're really flaming the guys you praise for making the game you've been playing for 4-5 years now.
now all the h3 players will jump on me, that i am new to toh and i don't know squat about toh or heroes history ..., and i realise i know some very vague things, but this is more about your common sense
P.S. : you can see how these h3 tossers sicken me, my 2nd serious post ever ...

I am just impressed that Valky was actually able to make a post without bashing Jinxer in someway. I realize the topic has nothing to do with Jinxer but niether does most of the posts he finds some way to bash me.
p.s. It would be much simpler if the H3 TOH people would post on H3 TOH board and quit coming over here and flaming. If you dont like H4, then dont even click on the h4 board button. Simple.

Hehe, anyone noticed that Jinxer, since a couple of weeks, is speaking of himself at third person?
But "Jinxer" is right, H4 button menu should be canceled (dispeled?) from H3 players computer!
