Powerspot_1.3 *updates*
Powerspot_1.3
Corrections:
_Bronze oracle now give Dedwood staff, 8k and 3 endurance potions
_Towngate disabled
_Hotspots and Resource springs, on Split ver, fixed
_Bridges instead of Ferrys, on Insides
Changes:
_Peons on all markets increased(20-40%)
_Reduced chests and guards on each side(few)
_Powerspot gifts, in middle, a bit modified/increased
_Lev4 Shrine instead of Lev3 , on each side
_Magic University instead of Temple, on Bluesides
_+tactic altar, on Bluesides . +random altar, on insides
_Seaman hat next to sextant-boat, on Bluesides(except all.vs.all ver)
_1 learn stone removed from each side
_Expert nobility prison hero added on each side
_Volcano Demolishers hut, in middle, now requires 15k to trigger
_Resource artifact instead of Nomad Blackbow, in middle
_Purchasable majors, in middle, now cost 22k
_Guildmaster Compendium(all lev3 spells book) disabled
_Attack rubin replaced by Spell rubin, 1 on Insides – 2 on Bluesides
_Sea Monster hut now accesible by land, on Bluesides
_All Hero Guards, +4 levels each

slight correction: the all L3s book is the master's spellbook.. the guildmaster's compendium is the L4 book.

i think he can go back to basics
don't forget the mod. lvl 3 ---> lvl 4
so you can ban both books, in order to give us an universal version

well when i made the post i thought he had just mentioned the wrong book in this post but banned the right one in the map. but i agree, just ban both so that its good for mod and reg.

well, its done now..stoopid master book, i thought the one 'smokin' was lev4 one..
anyway..you right, all lev4 better to be banned eventually
and as for reg, i guess no harm we let some devil in it
ALL other books are enabled anyway

latest powerspot insides
there is still the free minor art for orange behind mountains west of trading post,
green cannot access 2nd 3ed lvl dwelling by the lvl 4's and major art in some instances still, I know this is the case if green is order and the dwelling is naga, possibly with life also.

it is possible to get any dwelling, same with giftshops, you just have to take it from a certain position, so check with a scout where do you have to stand so the horse will rise on its back 2 legs

free minor? if i understand correct the one on tradepost?
there is one for both sides, and arent free.. are behind lev2's-increased
you are right on dwelling, there is a but involved though..3 buts actually
1.powerspot is deliberately made having minor differences among sides, to avoid complete mirrorness which leads to get tired of a map easier.. (2.and to allow mapmaker(s) to spend energy on more important features, than wether a pile of gold is better placed to one side or)
3.and to set the dilema: which side is better?
.. you know when none is better or worse
.. in other cases its obvious which is best
.. in this case, hope opinions differ. at least i dont have an answer

Changes:
_altar of scouting outside every starting town
_seamanship DISabled*
_pwspot seamonster gift, in middle, now 6 (was 5)
_Junk Art Tradepost changes: mayhem staff added / badge of courage give +2 speed(was +1)
_lev3 creatures peons, on markets, increased by 15% (on orange, green)
_Split ver(only): 1 major replaced by minor, on each side
middle black market, creatures worth at 24k
middle majors worth at 32k, minors at 22k, treasures at 16k
_All vs All ver: When a player is cpu, gets b00sted (hero bonuses, army, resources)
[Check starting heroes: army properties / events / timed events]
Corrections:
_Insides: A minor forgoten in destructed blueside,at orange, now deleted as should
_Bluesides: A lev2 guard at blue side tradepost, deleted (should be 1 instead of 2 guards)
*This, not for intention to make game easier.. but to compensate difficulty of NON-thief heroes to raise GM path. A thief is still in good position, due to class and not having a 3rd skill to be offered(magic or tactic). However, thief has stealth option too, while others not(cause stealth-seman disabled)
**Skipped some mini-changes such as raising creature numbers in spots and costs of arties(except Split ver) and markets.. because is too tedious to be done, and wouldn’t change much if cost 2k more or few more lev2 creatures given-in short, seemed kinda useless changes.
Seems only imortant change is the Pathfinding issue..so, those who prefer it way it use to be may still play on 1.5
