The UEFA cup
Me, Planeswalker and some friends was at Molde Stadium last night watching Molde-benfica in the UEFA cup, when the idea struck me:
Why not ask the HC-dwellers who they think will win the UEFA cup this season?
As for myself, I don't really know.
Molde hasn't got a chance, since they lost with an aggregate score of 5-1, but my favourite Norwegian team, Rosenborg, still have a theoretically chance to make it, considdering that they beat Red Star Belgrade. But the tecnical skills of Norwegian footballers are so bad (as all who've seen the Norwegian national team play lately knows...), that I don't think they'll make ut much further than next round.
Many good teams left, even if both Borossia Dortmund (and I think Schalke lost) is out.
Maybe Liverpool'll be the team to win? (Doubt it, but still...)
Maybe Roma?
Maybe someone else?

Rosenborg should win. I really mean it!!!
(I don't think they've got any chance at all, but that's another story.)
I agree with Terje that Norwegian football (soccer or whatever you call it..) has become very boring. It seems Molde F.C player's stamina has dropped over the years. They play resonably well the first 15 minutes but then it seems they lose interest in the match and retires completely after the first half. AND THEY EARN MONEY THIS WAY???!!!

vlaad tosser, they had a dip in form early in season which also is the reason why they are so far behind in the league now. Last uefa games they spanked FC basle both home and away, and basle made last 16 in champions league last year so... dont count newcastle out just yet you foo

there are 2 teams for surprises... especially one of them beated blackburn rovers and sporting lisbon, the other scored 6 goals to french team lens... so watch out genēlerbirliši and gaziantepspor are coming

Not knowing which teams will join the UEFA cup from CL, I'll place my bets on Barcelona for the title...
But french team Sochaux (or whatever; I don't speak french ) could be a surprise, as they beat Borussia Dortmund 4-0 last round...

I hope for Rosenborg, being a fan  but I fear they will lose eventually when put up against tougher resistance. I hold Barcelona as favourites, with Bordeaux and Liverpoolas serious challengers. They have all shown some good form lately, albeit much of the reason these teams are regarded as favourites is that they have a reputation as big clubs...

It was i Oslo, on Ullevaal Stadion, the Norwegian national stadium... But I guess that's a little late now...
Bad luck for Marseilles to have their goalkeeper sent off so early... Really spoiled the final.
But I think Valencia would've won anyway.
The CL final was more surprising. I'm just cursing my bad luck that my favourite team, Chelsea, lost so hopelessly to Monaco in the Semi...

Speaking of European Cups:
Anyone that agrees with me when I say that Chelsea will win? If only they don't get any serious injuries to important players like Cech, Terry or Lampard, I think they're gonna make it. But with the players Mourinho has to work with, I guess they could put together a team capable of beating almost everything even if every 1st choice player was injured...
