In month 15?????
Little bit too late, i think....
Sorry, no offense...
Have you tried to reload autosave and make something, that will change the gameplay a little bit?
Iīm not kidding, but try to send the orange player some stuff via your marketplace (gold or mercury or something like that, try a hugh amount......normally you must have ebough of all in month 15....).
The next possible solution is, to switch the game to a windows-game (donīt know how to describe that in correct english words, sorry), what i mean is to press "F4".
After that, start any other programm on your pc (e.g. the explorer or anything...) and then, swith between this programms. I had it sometimes like that and after some tries, the game keeps going...(donīt forget to press "F4" again, to play the normal gameplay again...)
Hope one of these helps....

Man , you need earlier savegame, i fear, thats the only solution. And yes, poster above is right, autosave changes computer-opponent decisions little bit.
