You are making it sound like I, one single person, kept you from booting him, when this is just not the case. The truth is you couldn't get ANYONE to stand behind your decision at the time, not just me, so why are you making it a personal crusade against me alone now?!?

For one Coale I think best you stay out of this & hold that toungue of your.
Ravyn, I would have to admit that what I was trying to tell ya.
Tew knew alot more then the others thought & I have faith in his decisions.
I wonder if Death8 even does his jobs playing in the AOW now.
He quit playing like not even a month after he became HC.
Bpanik may do his job well but hes not that agressive.
You cant be nice to any cheaters or editors, you got to give them hell.
SHow them your not playing games & whos the boss.
Look at Motor, players feared him when he was on the HC.
No one fears Panik. I am not saying he needs to be a dick to everyone but mjust to let players no you wont put up with it.

First of all, Tew and I just agreed to not hash this here anymore. It doesn't really concern you directly, it's between him and I and there it will stay, butt out.
For the record Deth8 is not Deathmage8, they are TWO totally different people. Deth8 has helped Ves for longer then I have been around and is still on Homm4 HC and gives me assistance on a regular basis. I honor and treasure the experience he has and always look to him for advice and guidance. Deathmage8 always responds to the issues he is sent in a timely manner. Truth be told he isn't consulted a big part of the time, or at least he wasn't, HC was mostly handled by Bp and Tew, and that isn't Deathmage8's fault. As for your comments on Bpanik2. He may not be brutal but he is RESPECTED by ALL players and I can tell by your comments alone that you have never read one of his boot mails. He can very much be a hard ass, is on a regular basis in fact.

Most of you guys who post here are mostly talk, and no do. But that is standard on internet message boards. Ravyn and Kitten have done a lot of hard work to support MaH, and most of you who 'offer help' really cannot keep it up for long for it to mean anything.
Anyways, I will make an announcement tomorrow that finally 'throw down the gauntlet'.

well,truth be told about BP is he is fair,and respected..
aggressive? not at all. but this isnt because he doesnt want to be..but because just about everyone in the community that has been around is his friend.
i guess what i'm trying to say is many view BP as weak...i dont think so. he just doesnt like making enemies from friends,he cannot be blamed here. his roots are deep in the community,and sometimes its hard to sort things out when its a case involving friends.
i should know, i had the hardest time when motor was punishing frank. its not an easy job.

but i did also a lot "do"
i worked my *** off as a volunteer - updating, HC stuff and so on so i really hope your statement is not directed to me 
the main problem was well lets describe it to me in a nice way
..when you are a boatsmen on a huge ship.. and you and your mates work day and night on this ship and do all you can and give your best - that still doesnt make the ship reach the harbor if the captain who steers it doesn't even know that new Yorks isn't the capitol of australia - and hen you tell him all you here is "im the captain - im gonna lead" ... and this captain doesn't have to be surprised when one by one the boatsmen don't wanna help anymore and leave the ship one by one - and it gets harder and harder to find new help...

...funny thing is that for example me myself and i offered help on several occasions (in threads, in mails and on the zone etc.) and all you hear is "noone offered help or was willing to help". Actually there were maybe more then 20 peeps that offered help but this "im the captain of the boat, i might dont know where New York is, maybe next to Australia, but im the captain of the boat"-attidude really gave them a hard time and i dont think that NOW as almost all things went wrong, they are willing to it anymore. There were a huge amount of veteran players that wouldve helped and wouldve done a hell of a good job. Just to name some: Titan888, Bjorne190, Maximus and many others (including myself).
Now im not a student anymore and time is unfortunately very rare, ive 2 jobs and still doing some small tourneys for the german community. At the moment they have a cool Bonus System with 64 Bonuses (originally made for TOH but of course rejected by the admins) which makes this small community play more then the months before.
If i wouldve a glimpse more time i would be very happy to do the TOH admin job. Really i would do the job ..unfortunately i cant. This huge TOH job would be an easy thing with this hardcore veterans we had just about 6 month before. Now additional to the natural decline of games played the admins of this tourney are the reason why many of the vets reject to play TOH (and Heroes) anymore.
Many would play a good old H3 game from time to time..but not under this circumstances.
Not to get me wrong! I personally really like Ravyn, and also Kittycat as both of them are really nice and helpful, but unfortunately they cant handle such a large Touney TOH once was. For sure: They would be great volunteers... like Ravyn for artworks and stuff..but they just cant handle the whole thing (and that they dont trust each other doesnt make it easier).

The only email for help Ireceived from you was for help setting up the Clan bonuses. You offered to do them for me but only on the condition that I guarantee you I would use them without changing them. That was something I could not do. We then later had a chat session in which you gave me a lot of your bonus ideas. I compiled them with some others I had received (seperate lists, sent out together) and sent them out to several vets anonymously, meaning no one knew where the ideas came from. Yours were not received the best. Most complained that they were to complicated and to keep things simple. As for the others, I don't remember getting email offering help from any of the ones you listed except for possibly Ome.

Unless this is a complete set up of the clan bonuses I mentioned above, I never saw or heard anything about this idea, so don't go saying it was rejected by the admins because that is not true, it wasn't even seen by this admin. If you sent something to Kitten and she did not approve of it, you should have tried sending it to me.

The TOH Admin job wasn't what was up for grabs here. It's all a moot point now because I stepped down so now Ves will indeed be looking for more then just a tourney coordinator. I have spoken to Ves and I know what decision he has made due to my stepping down. But I won't speak of it here as I don't want to steal his thunder, lol.
