Well... maybe he is correct, but that spell does not change anything... 
Since no spell can be cast on BD without any spec. artifacts.

...the thing u peeps dont know is that ALL negative spells can be cast on Black Dragons (no artefact needed for that).

Really? What magic school is it? Can you get the spell by geting those magic books? Can you get the spell by getting the Aurora Borelais?

Ahh, it's a long story... They (NWC) planned to include it into the game but then they've changed their minds... So it's left in the tables but can't appear anywhere except pyramids. Fire Magic, level 4. Don't remember other characteristics, but if you want, I can look and tell you. You CAN get it into your spellbook, but it cannot be cast - if you select it in the book you're just returned to the battlefield.
Btw I think I have even seen its animation but I'm not quite sure
Oh one more thing, I just can't understand what you all mean by 'Fear special ability'... I myself haven't seen it in the game so far, though I play it for quite a long time already...

What does fear do? I thought only level 5s go in the pyramids.

Well maybe I'm wrong in the level... I haven't seen it for a long time already, so I could forget something...
According to the description, Fear frightens the target so much that they lose the ability to move... or something like that... Well, this seems to be quite a disbalancing spell anyway

BUT we have a winner...
No it is not fear, it is not blind, it is not quicksand etc..
It is the simple spell called Dispell.. yes Lord Woock youa re the winner. BUT your answer is half right... Somebody correct him... In what circumstances does dipsell affect Bds?

1) Dragon Flies do not cast Dispel.
2) Even if they did, normal Dispel still affects them. There may be some restrictions but I don't know what. Of course if obvious ones - like none of the heroes wear the orb of permanence - don't count.

And what spell would a Serpent Fly dispell from a BD, since it cannot have any other spells cast on him
