Creatures - New ones needed!
I think WoG has too few new creatures. I would like some fresh ideas for for new ones. (i have plenty of them myself)

*Ghost riders:
they would be some kind of horses recoloured to white with ghosts mounted on their back. Could be a black horse with wight or wraith too.. For stats, they could fly and of course, be undead, no enemy retaliation suits fine too
*Some cavalry archers should be in the game, even though they have no tactical usage in combat. they would fit perfectly and not only because there wasn´t any in original game.
*small, red gargoyles, just like those you see in old games like heretic and hexen etc. but not for the tower people (maybe for dungeon).
*healer, with ability to cast cure/resurrection for allied troops
*leprechaun
*frost dragon, could cast cold ring around himself
*raven
*mind flayer

Dragon golem already exists. Crystal Dragon are a kind of dragon golem.

How about a Dark Shadow??? It's a thing that is not too dangerous, but because its a shadow, only 50% of the time it will be retaliated against!

AMtwis, your Dark Shadow should not be retaliated against anytime since it's a shadow, and since it's a shadow, it should only be damaged by magics and not physical damage. How's about it?

That sounds to me like a very good idea! But in that case, the attack skill of the shadow should be like 2, because if you don't have any magical units and you don't have a spellbook, how should you kill it?

Maybe it should learn non-magic folk to stay out of it's way until it's learned some magic.

Maybe, but if it tokk damage by arrows, it wouldn't be so godd, because i don't really go magical with my guys

I have an idead for a hideous creature called the Abomination. It's stats are like this:
Alignment: Evil
Level 9 Creature
Undead
Off: 18
Def: 22
HP: 1300
Dmg: 60-90
Movement: 7
Hex size: 2
Abilities: Death Cloud (all adjacent enemies get poisoned - loses small amount of hp for 5 turns), Terror (no retaliation against), Unholy Rage (receives + 2 to off and def when attacking good troops)

Another idea of mine are the Boss creatures - lone creatures with over 5000 hp that is kind of hard to defeat.
For example:
(using the grand elf)
Elf King:
Alignment: Good
Lvl 10 creature
Off: 25
Def: 20
Shots: 160
Hp: 11350
Dmg: 30-45
Movement: 6
Hex Size: 1
No Abilities except double shot
(using the battle dwarf)
Dwarf King:

Dmg: 25-40
Movement: 5
Hex Size: 1
No Abilities except double hit and retaliation
