Please help: H4 map editor, the combat event
I have some problems with the combat event. I want the hero to be ambushed, and depending on the result of the battle, I want different things to happen. The problem is that it doesn't matter if the hero win or lose the battle. The same branch alternative always follows...
For example. If I put one message in the "if defeated" branch and one message in the other, the same message is always shown after the battle. It doesn't matter if you win or lose. I don't know if this is a bug in the editor or if it's me not understanding it. I would be extremely grateful for any help.

The branches in combat script do not work. Well, at least if you do not have Equilibris 3.4 add-on that was released a few days ago. Eq 3.4 is the first that claims to have fixed this bug.
Otherwise, make a script that determines if the number of creatures and heroes in this army after combat is greater than 0. If it is true, obviously the army won, if it is false, the army must have lost.

Whoops, you posted the same question in the H4 forum and I answered you there. But Pitsu is right, just add in a PLUS total number of heroes, in case only heroes are left after the battle.
