over 150 people killed in madrid by most likely ETA, they're not sure who's responsible for those bombings 100% yet though.
Over 350 people were hurt last time I saw on the news.

All sympathies to those members here and the people involved.
The reports I saw though said ETA has denied responsibility so far. That and the fact that in 40+ years they have never done anything like this scale (300 dead in that time) makes it debateable as to those who were responsible. The style of attack also isn't very ETA. Some have suggested it matches Al Quaida in some ways, and the Spanish involvement in supporting the US in Iraq, plus their relative lack of security (compared to the UK or US) would make them a possible target.
Frankly it could have been either, and Al Quaida never admit anything, so it's hard to say.

Can This Be True?
Pure shock. Was I correct in hearing that the people responsible for such atrocities are trying to pay the Spanish back for their involvment in the historic crusades?
It seems to me that there are people in this world who know no limit to how low they can sink. They are less than human in my mind. And rightly so, they deserve nothing but death. A monster does not feed on fear so great as that of a human terrorist!
How can a person be told to forgive as God does in circumstances like these? What right do they have to exist? This is madness! First my country and now the Spanish people!
I know now that there will never be an end to these horrible monsters and their devastation. Should I ever have the chance I would kill them on the spot. To think if my children were aboard those trains. Where can I hide them? Safety in numbers is no longer. Now it is war in the deepest since of the word. Let them come and I shall do battle in every way that I know how. I say to everyone, protect your loved ones. There are many more monsters and so little time.

Terror sucks. I am very sorry for those people who died in this terror act including the terrorist themselves, cuz they sacraficed they lives for NOTHING .Only to create void at others lifes. My sympathy goes with all.

this is what they want to you believe consis  and unfortunately naive people believes in that... imagine a suicide terorist, his mental psycology , you have kg's of bombs in your body(i dont say it for bombs in spain, few days ago suicide bombers strike mason guild here in istanbul) and you explode it with you... all is lost, your future , existence, hopes etc... you are nothing from that moment.. body pierced, all blood flooded from veins, brain stop function... to do this terror methode you must lose all your life mission i think... there is no other explication...and some huge forces uses these fundementalists to reach their ''real'' goal... a new war between different cultures to change world system exist... it happened in 1.world war.. serbian prince killed and the start of war became official... resources control is MUST be now.. firms, guilds, countries all of them want new system.. i dont believe god but god bless you all my friends, we need it on these times... countdown to fallout.. im ready

Hmmm....
I wonder if the date had anything to do with this.
Remember-- it happened 11th of March, and that prolly isn't a coincidence, right?
I read in a local norwegian newspaper this morning, where they said it was 911 days since 11/9.
I guess this has something to do with Al Qaida

Well it was on the news today that they found or got a letter from Al-qaida, claiming they are responsible and that another terrorist attack in the usa in imminent.
But again..no-one is sure..

Actually no serbian prince was killed.It was a Serb(Gavrilo
Princip ) who assasinated Austro-Hungarian prince regent.
He was considered a terrorist in AU empire, but a liberator
