go to http://www.zone.com/heroes, download the software that you need to have installed on the pc from the msn.gaming.zone and after that you'll be online
also you will need some patches for youre current version. to determinate youre curent version right click youre heroes3.exe and click on version
you need one of these versions : 1.4 ( if restoration of erathia ) , 3.2 ( if shadow of death ) , or 4.0 ( if complete) . any of these version can be dowloaded from the main page : http://www.toheroes.com , you'll see there PATCHES
