Assembled artifacts from SoD
Which assembled artifact do you prefer? I really like cloak of the undead when you have expert necromancy. I don't know much of these artifacts and if you can explain some of them.
Another question:
Is possible have assebled artifacts while playing a map?

Donīt know what you mean, but yes, it is very possible to have combo-artifacts in (single?) maps.
And what comes to your first question, I like the armor of damned (casts slow, disrupting ray, curse, weakness and misfortune to all enemy troops at the beginning of combat) very much.

Huh? You know, those "super" artifacts you get when you first collect some smaller artifacts and then combine them. Like power of the dragon father, cloak of the undead king, angelic alliance and so on...

Excellent Question
This sort of question has many different aspects to address. Before answering which assembled artifact is the best(which is probably your favorite) one must first ask other questions such as:
1. At what point in the game can you have the artifact? Are you allowed to start with the artifact or will you be assembling it along the way?
2. How big is the map if you will be required to assemble it?
3. Are there any random artifact class-4 generation bubbles placed on the map? In other words can relic class artifacts appear in your game? Relic class artifacts cannot be bought from black markets or artifact merchants within towns. Some assembled artifacts require relic class artifacts to be completely assembled.
Personally, I would tend to support the theory that creatures before cash can be applied to this scenario as well. I think the sooner a player gets his/her level 7's then they have the advantage. Whichever artifact best supports this growth would convince me to its greater value. Therefore, I am once again brought full circle to ask the three questions I posted above this paragraph. My answer to the thread question will be based on the answers that apply to those three questions.
Even if all the assembled artifacts are disabled, then the players may still assemble the artifacts as long as they get all the pieces together on one heroe/heroine. The problem, then, being whether you can attain the relics which cannot be bought, only found.

Yes, you only must activate them on artifacts page in the map editor, they are classified as relics.
The first question: Angelic Aliance, because it casts the most efficacious spell of the game in the expert level and allow you to mix troops eithout morale penalty.

Simple: The only one I've ever built, and I've built it a few times. I'm referring to the Wizard's Well. Take the three artifacts that let you recharge more mana per day and you have the Wizard's Well, which gives you all your spell points every day. Since I LOVE having Dimension Door, Town Portal, and the magics to use them effectively, not having to constantly stop to recharge is perfect for my style.
I've just peeked in the editor, and some of those I didn't even realize COULD be assembled. I've probably had the ability a few times. Before checking, the only ones I was aware of is the Necromancy one, the resources one, and the legion ones.

Wizard's Well and Armor of the Damned are the easiest to assemble requiring only minor and treasure artifacts. Armor of the Damned is very powerful (even though it occupies artifact slots that could be used better, but the bonus effect especially slow is awesome).
Wizard's Well is also good, especially if Town Portal/Fly/Dimension door are allowed.
Ring of the Magi is by far the worst one. The rest are quite difficult to assemble, but if I'm not mistaken you can get them from topias.

Armor of the Damned, and then an archer-only. Makes a good scout next to a main hero.
