Why?
All tournaments are clossed this season. Only warword is open why?
P.S. this is for HOMM3 not HOMM4

Those other tournaments require a strong active user base & participation; I want a guarantee that when started, a subtournament would finish properly. As for homm3 clans, you can see that it barely succeeded, so to run another subtournament that requires even more participation from homm3 players would very likely fail. Right now homm4 clans is the only active subtourney, with exception of warlords, and thats simply due to the fact that warlords has no true ending, and is completely open-ended.

Just a suggestion but why dont we advertise it I mean alot of players dont look in here but maybe in ZOne if we advertise it we may get what we need?
I know some Vets & others that will probally join.

Why? Well I guess the easy answer to that question, in addition to the activity issues mentioned by Vesuvius, would be that it's my fault. I have some subtournament ideas, like a bracketed Natives tournament that splexx, grendal, veldarian and I hammered out a couple of months ago, but I just have not had time to do much. I haven't had a lot of time, and I haven't had a lot of inspiration. Most of my Heroes related time has been spent either doing admin work or modding here at Heroes Community. The admin work I've done has been adequate, but not spectacular. On that note, most of you probably don't notice the difference, but the guys on the Honor Council I'm sure do. I have at least partially, been distracted by the message board itself. This wasn't really intentional, but kind of accidental. There is also the fact that prior to this thread by Boxa, I haven't seen a whole lot of interest from the Homm3 players as of late. Most have pretty much quit posting here. I have not been coming into the zone like I should be, so I don't get in put from there and with none left here I basically am getting no idea of what you the players would like to see. For that I apologize.
Summer is kind of a crazy time around here and I've had lots going on in real life. I'm not going to bore you with a bunch of lame excuses because they don't really matter and most of you don't really care. I have let you down by not making a better effort, and for that I apologize as well. I will try to do better in the near future. Until school starts in the fall, time will be somewhat limited for me, but if you make some Homm3 suggestions here, I will do what I can.
I am sorry again and I look forward to your input. Please try to make it constructive.

indeed, each time i check into zone which is really rare nowadays its either dead or boring.
nice gesture though, nice to see someone willing to take the fire even though its more the community to blame instead of blaming the community when its someone who should have taken the fire
oh and btw...
