No, what I meant was that without the time limit PoP would not be THAT challenging. Sure there still are hard parts, but it's the ime limit that adds pressure to the game and makes do everything much faster.

Might have been more challenging without the time rewinding.
For me it was too easy and for most of my friends too. Nothing compared to the first ones. (That damn time limit )
It was really way too short too (Sands of Time )
When speaking of games like these does anyone here like Tomb Raiders 1,2,3 or 4?

It's not that strange. My girlfriend loves to play video games with me  . Before we met we were both heavy gamers and we both still are, but we play together now.

Hey,
- I dont know if this one has been mentioned in the previous posts, but Lionheart is one cool game. I installed it a few days ago, after reading up on some of the old info ( patches and whatnot ) about the game, and I am really having a blast with it. I chose not to patch it, so mine is the 1.00 version, but as far as I can tell the more patches the more buggy it will become.
- A nice 2D ( isometric - D2 style ) game with lots of humor and challenging gameplay. I see it as a blend of UO-D2 and NwN1 , so thats just up my alley.

My favorite games outside of the Heroes series are these Might and Magic games:
Might & Magic VI
Might & Magic VII
Might & Magic VIII
Moreover, I find myself replaying & replaying them over and over again when I want something a little different from Heroes.
I also like Disciples II - Rise of the Elves; Age of Wonders - Shadow Magic; and Morrowind.
I know most of these games are older, but I really like them; and it seems like none of the newer games have any originality to them … only more memory gobbling graphics, not better gameplay.

wow seeing this thread alive again brings back many memories...
haha just like back then, i stil cant get over the PES series. Currently i own PES 6 and im loving it.. such a great game.. Cant wait to try it on the PS3. Much better then on the xbox 360 (soory couldnt help maself )
the new revolution of gaming systems has unleashed some very exciting game prospects for the future.. with the outstanding capabilities of the ps3, i cant wait to see wat new games will b developed.

as for Serpent,
how do you know you like those games if you don't have them?
You say you like might and magic 8 which is good but then you just completely ruin it by saying you lke mm9..
Another game type I like is the Myst series.
I used to play Riven (the sequel to Myst). It's such a weird and almost creepily serene game but theres something about it that I find very cool.
For some reason I never played any of the other Myst games, but I think I'm going to buy Myst for the PSP.
