This is a very difficult one...
I think that, if I would chose one, the next day I would regret the choice, cuz I like sth other better...
I like them all (well, with exceptions, most found in h4^^)
So I think, I won't make a vote sry  
Every creature looks good in its own way..

I agree. The trolls in H3 are so ugly. Once again, the ones in H2 are much better-looking.

So, my vote goes for....................................................... Yes! Power lich from HoMM III. I'm so impressed by their dark clouds. And the video on the of The Restoration of Erathia. And Shadow of Death. No need to talk.

For H3, I say the Arch Devil. Great amount of detail, plus the movement is among the most innovative and well executed in the game.
