Limiting necromancy
I have a tiny suggestion.
What if necromancy used spell points? I mean, this would prevent, at least to a certain point, that necromancers can make huge armies without paying for the troops. I think it would balance the game a bit.

How about introducing spell point upkeep cost for raised creatures ? Something along the lines "1 spell point per 30 skeletons per turn". Too drastic ?

or a reduction in max spell points of the necro, otherways.. how many spell points does the necro regenerate per round?
i guess we would also have to limit troops for other races then. how?
