..agree, also tactics and offense is a skill u might wana have with a "ground battle troup".

Although i must admit that there is only one slot left before we might have to choose between eagle eye and learning.

Resistance may help in endfight as uve to cross the battlefield before u come into action, but without additional artifacts and stuff the chance for resistance is to low.

Sidenote:

Its unusual that a might hero gets offerd a magic school as second skill choice (maybe 5% not more). A might hero always gets offered a magic school as 5th choice and wisdom as 7th choice.

May be correct in theory, but getting for example earth or water as first choice aint unusual with beastmaster Also, I thought the lvls for wisdom were 6,9,12 or something? Im not sure though, agree on the skill choice though.. expert water will also help much more in early game than resistance will, and wont usually give you any real benefit in main fight either

A thing about resistance you probably already know, is that while wearing the remove all natural resistance artifact, you also will not get any resistance at all... bah.. maybe only I thought that were strange lol

depends.

60% of the time i will pick expert water. so if i have to say without knowing additional info, water.

but keep in mind that resistance is good with resistance arts or rampart units, especially in late stage.

...nope thats pure practice.

Maybe this table needs some explaination:

This is a "What is offered next"-table.
So in practise there were made 80 tries as a statistically big enough volume.

AS uve 8 skill slots u get an 8 for the first offered slot, a 7 for the 2nd, 6 = 3rd, 5 = 4th, 4 = 5th, 3= 6th ......

As all beastmaster start with defense they get 8 for this slot.

So u can see that the 5 is always a magic skill, if not offered before. It is very seldom that a magic skill is offered before. If u watch the water skill line, ull note that there is only one time 7, means out of 80 tries the water magic skill is only offerd a single time (less then 5% as i already noted).

If u watch the official tables ull see that the percentages of the magic skills are compareable low to the other skills. But as there are only 3 magic schools left (bestmaster cant get fire), AND one magic skill is always offered as 4th skill, the total of percentage of getting water, earth or air in reality is much higher as stated in official lists.

Earth magic gets the highest Points (320), as it comes with high percentage and relatively early.

xarfax could you please make a table that states the percentage of each class getting a specific secondary skill?

e.g
knights-leadership-100%
necomancers&death knights-necromancy-100%
elementalists-wisdom-100%
and so on.

I cant help that my screwed up homm gives my beastmaster magic skill at lvl2 that often can I? as stated above, that were the impression I have gotten from my practice, which I belive should be as good as anyones
