Yep, and besides, being ashamed to help yourself and looking for a girlfriend in order to have sex can cause you to enter a relationship for the wrong reasons. It can even blind you to overlook certain things about her that you might regret later.
There's a lot of shame in this culture about not having a girlfriend/boyfriend, and a lot of relationships are very poor. This art is the secret to self-sufficiency and confidence to be patient and wise in selecting the best life partner

That quote is really informative as it says that 92% of men and 62% of women have reported that they had masturbated.
Thats alot of people doing it, and many dont know that friends are doing it.
For me it is quite personal and I wouldnt tell friends if I do it or not, I simply ignore them and then go on with a different conversation.
I bet that probably all of them masturbate and probably all or most of them havent told anyone about it.
For many people it is personal, but others like many of you have expressed your feelings out loud and told everyone.
Now I dont see anything wrong with that, but do you think that everyone would like to know, or don't you yourselves think that it may be a little personal and private about talking about these things in public.
