Thanks to dimis for his post refering to high quality posts of Ecoris.
I read them back and wondered why I didn't apply any red star for these mentioned posts. Now I know. It was said, the probabilities he mentioned were wrong. That's why I wanted to wait and see how it would be done in a correct manner. But there never was a different way posted by anyone else then, so I just forgot about that post (shame on me!!).
I will take a closer look on these posts/thread this evening again and then give the rewards.
I also decided to give the +qp to antipaladin for his walkthrough refering to MM.

I must thank you for your kind words, dimis. As long as other members appreciate my work I'll continue to contribute if I can.
Furthermore I feel that I need to comment on the previous posts even though this is becoming a little off-topic, but the discussion has been started.
Concerning the magic school/wisdom exceptions: I didn't know about it until I joined HC, and at that point I found a quite precise description of it that even stated what would happen if they coincided. Other members already knew that much. But I was not at that point aware that you thought it would be an offer of a new skill every 4th level. I just happened to clarify a small detail and I really don't think that it was worth a qp.
Concerning the spell probabilities: These have been calculated in the exact same way as the secondary skill probabilities that dimis did following the ANSA policy. Even though we don't know whether or not such a thing as "spell groups" that could cause exceptions exist, it is reasonable to believe that the selection of spells that appear is done in the same way as secondary skill offers are selected. And since we know that they are indeed selected by rolling the weighted die, I would be very surprised if spells were selected in a different way. Therefore I am confident that my calculations are correct, and until know I have not heard from anyone who believes they're wrong. But no extensive research has been done in this field.

OK, after re-reading the mentioned threads, I decided to hand out 2 +qp to Ecoris.
First one for spell probability tables in this thread.
Second one for his research refering to skill trees in this thread.

Thank you for being present and human Angelito!
I really like that you "stretch" people so that they give 100% of their potential and in this way you set fine standards for the Library. After all, you are the sole responsible for this "upgrade" in the contents of the Library during the last years.

I think most facts are correct...however too many ppl don't realize shadow of death has conflux town it just needs to see files from armaggedons blade.

Angelito, are you able to just delete all of those ad topics? I mean, they are cluttering up these pages, and it isn't good seeing good Library threads get pushed down the pages because of these ad threads. Are they able to be deleted?

Ah, I see.
How about making closed forum that does not appear on the main page. Then you could move all such threads to that forum, they would not clutter up the forums and Val's job would be easier.

Moderators can only check if the IP of a specific post was already used by another member, but not the IP number itself.
We can check the IP of a member if he/she is currently online, but not if he/she is offline.

Let me get this right. We have currently 7 closed threads refering to these viagra, porn etc. topics. And we have 1460 topics all in all in the library......."filling up the library"??
We need to keep them threads to store the different IPs. When Val returns, he can ban an IP range then.

They might not fill up the library, but they do fill up the first page (currently 4 out of 13 non-sticky threads).
If it's not too complicated I think a closed forum dedicated to such threads and nothing else would be a good solution as mentioned a few posts above. The mods could move the relevant threads there until Val chacked them.
