This is a bit unclear Tumanic.
Are you saying that i cannot retreat immediately after
casting a spell or that once i cast a spell i cannot retreat until one of us dies.
If so this does not resolve the Hit n Run issue because your opponent could send out a useless scout with very few troops that he is quite happy to lose while he implodes half your army b4 finishing the job with his main.
Some players would reguard this tactic as hit n Run.
The only way you resolve this issue is by asking the player what they mean by Hit n Run. Or to play no rules.

you guys complain to much so someone needs to make a mod for h3 then
because with h4 mod there is only 1 rule needed
(no master or gm demono)
necro has been solved
town gate can't be used in battle
and 99% maps ban to over powered artifacts
even in h3 hit and run should be able to be stopped
just have more speed then the other guy
and as i heard i think you guys only play with like 3 out of the 7 or 8 races correct?

Well actually it is 7 out of 9 races with Necro and Flux being banned in most cases.
For randons the player made templates can stop these towns being generated when the player does not select their starting town.
And i thought that in H4 that it was morale that affected who goes 1st and not speed or has the Equilibris team changed that.
