New towns are always imporatnt! Without them the game will lose all the advantages.

Yes I like this name too. But the game will not be so exciting with the same creatures in two towns!

Who talked about "same creatures"?
And there are already dragons in three different towns, skeletons you could suppose to be undead swordsmen, two units with petrify attack (and more with wog) not to forget these arctic and lava sharpshooters and so on.
Letīs call him the angel of death then, should fit to necropolis style.

Ok so this monster fit in necropolis style..... then make it er..... more like death looking.... that monster look like just pop out from a Volcano.

But "the angel of death" will need to have another look than the normal angel!
