An awesome game and a question
Last game I played was a blast. Random map, cube template with my good friend BoogieMan.
I got tower and he got rampart. I had anenain as main and he had mephala. Needless to say we had like 5 fights with the main heroes, all of them beautiful. Between the chain lightnings, meteor showers, summon earth, haste and slow spells I also had the privilege of casting hypnotize . I hypnotized his pegasi and i sent them next to the elves so i can get first move next turn and block the grand elves which dealt a lot of damage.
To my surprise (and probably his too), the grand elf was able to shoot, even though my hypnotized pegas was next to his elf.
Now probably some of you know this already, but since i haven't used hynotize much, I was surprised of this effect. Does anyone know if this is the way it is supposed to be or is it another bug?

That is no bug.
Due to the hypnotize-spell "the unit becomes controlled by you", but it doesn´t change their "flag".
It still belongs to your opponents army and so it doesn´t "prevent" the elves from shooting..

yeah well I do undertand what you are saying angelito, but when I read the spell description it said that i temporarily gain control of the unit. In my head that meant that it behaves exactly like one of my units.
But yeah, whatever, the question was wether this was a bug or the way the game is supposed to be.
