plzzzzz think before you make HOMMIV maps!
TheMap is all HOMM is about!..it is the game itself!
Equal and Fun..that's what it must be..but it's not easy to achieve..we must FEEL the game while making a map..we're talking about "GameArt" here..It would also be nice to know

Have been playing a lot of new maps lately.
FortunateEmu turned me onto a map called "Your Final Goal"
For those of you who like mirror maps (where both sides are the same) try this out.
It is not actually closed but considering the distance between towns and the strength of monsters it offers a lil protection for those of you who like that.
Also Invader is a really cool map. Open yet closed and really inventive.

ah, yes, You're Final Goal. I remember that one. 
I was VERY lucky on that map. On day 2, I had 20 medusas and 17 battle dwarves join ... without diplomacy! On that very day, I chained my forces to attack the 10 big bad dread knights, having:
- 20 medusas
- 17 battle dwarves
- 2 efreet
- 4 demons
- 17 gogs
- 63 imps
- 2 hell hounds
wasn't an easy battle, but I won saving all my medusas and efreet. Taking the treasure behind those dreads on day 2 easily won me that game.

I remembered my game on this map during last season :we played it blind so I didnt notice that I can have 2 rust dragons after I will kill dread knights I played with tower and cyra and my opponent played with castle and adella. Without rust dragons I lost many time doing dumb things and my opponent captured all pyramids and nice arties so he had +10 or +15 more att and defense , but I find recanters and joined 1500 centaurs after week of centaurs and its bring me victory so early rust dragons cant decide winner

Pilot Criteria for SeasonV maps
Maybe,some criteria on how maps should be set(for ToH use)should be posted..like no grail in homm3,which means no obelisks placed in maps..
....to my mind,maps should not have hidden features that gives someone who played a map ONCE a great advantage, when against someone who have NOT played that map..(see battlemania?)

Cloud of confusion is being cast once again by Azure over the entire community... btw in this thread I saw Jinxer had the same problems in homm3 like in homm4... that means both games sucks... or jinxer ....

i guess if there are no one to hail Azure (and this is very predictable) he will do it by himself, as many other things that he got used to do
