Victory over 2603 Archangels
Hey im a Newbie to this forum, as well as online gaming
and I only play the first Heroes III, like with no expansions or anything.
My question is that i want to post one of my battles on the net, but i dont know how to. How to ppl record their playing, and get it on computer, as say like mpg files?
Well this battle is in Titan's Winter, and for some reason, Purple's best hero has 2603 Archangels, only at month 8. I have yet to understand how it was possible for the AI to attain such a number, cuz they have only four castles, one external dwelling, and no grail - do the math - anyway I somehow managed to win this battle with the teams as follows:
My Team

Purple (Neela)
Zealots-Cavaliers-RoyalGriff-Champions-Angel-Archangels
581 - 315 - 1791 - 2 - 132 - 2603
As you can see this battle would seem impossible to beat, even the RoyalGriffins are a great threat.
but i managed to beat it (with magic of course)
I want to somehow tape it and get it on computer, so that I can send it to a friend. Perhaps I can post it for ppl to see too. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1. Try a bit harder, that scenario can be won in much lesser time.
2. This is called the legion bug. The older versions of the game (version 1.0 to 1.2) had that bug, after a specific amount of months, the comp-player recieved legions of level 7 units.
Try to patch your game up to the latest version (1.4).
Look in your explorer for your "heroes.exe"-file. (Should be located in c:\programs\3do\heroes3.....)
Make a rightclick on that exe-file, chose properties, then version. There u can see your current version.
Now go here: toheroes.com/patches.html and get the right patch u need.
After that, try that scenario again, and u will see opponent doesn´t have legions of AA´s anymore...and YOU won´t have throngs of gremlins day 1....
