Heroes 4 CCG & Tile Game
There's a new Heroes of Might and Magic 4 card game in the making which is expected to release in July of this year. Here's a link:

I hope I won't. These things are way too expensive. The CCG that is.
EDIT: Thought you meant separate games, CCG and tile.
Why do they credit Ubisoft for the creation of HoMM4?

Because it's Ubi that's holding the rights to it now, so to be on the safe side, they went for the option of blaming Ubi for H4...
