Ok, I say that Colonel Mustard did it with the candlestick in the Library!
Seriously, I guess that the man was leaving his wife (had packed things in his bag) and decided to call her from a phone booth. She had some very disturbing things to say to him, so he smashed his fist through the glass, took some of the shards, and slit his wrists.
He then spent the last few minutes of his life talking to his wife and telling her: "I'll see you in hell, biznatch!" 
OR
My question is: Was he talking to his wife on the phone?

To RealDeal. Not relevant to the plot. Welcome to the mystery game, which looks like it might nearly be over with little more than 12 hrs on the clock.
I think for game 2 i will have to put some sort of limit on how many questions can be asked for a few days just to give a few more people a chance to join in.

guess time
i think i am a very lucky person. here is my shot
the dead guy went out fishing and caught a big fish. he then was telling the person on the other line how big the fish was and in exitment he put his hands through the glass slitting his wrists. the bag contained the big fish.
my reasoning is that the fish is the animal, the fish is the heavy thing this explains how he died and everything
