5th level spells
why is summon elemental a spell 5th level? i never use it cause the numbers raised are so low and by the time i can use it, i have already cast mass spells. is there a secret behind it or something that i should know by now?
another spell i never use is sacrifice. can someone just explain in what situations it is great for?

Summon elementals:
When the endfight is close to its finish, and your opponent has much more army left than u have, try starting casting summon elementals. Your spellpower normaly will be about 15 to 20. So with expert earth, u can summon (power*4) 60-80 earth elementals for a cost of 20 sp. Do that 3 rounds in a row, and u have about 150-200 earth elementals fighting for you. Should be enough to kill the rest of the enemys troops...
Sacrifice:
One of the most underestimated spells in the game.
Imagine following situation (about the same stats as mentioned above):
Endfight, u have castle town. All your army is dead but your 150 halbadiers and about 25 griffins. Opponent has dungeon and has still 6 blacks, 25 evil eyes and some harpies left. Itīs your turn. What do you do now? You could try to ressurect your dead Archangels. Expert earth and resurrection will bring back (power(15)*50 +160) hitpoints. 910 hitpoints will be 4 Archangels with the top unit having 160 hp left.
Now lets see what happens when u cast sacrifice (NO firemagic on your hero!) on your pikemen to resurrect your Archangels that way.
Formula for untrained Sacrifice:
((Power + Destroyed Troop's Creature Base Health + 3) x number of Creatures Sacrificed) in health total of creatures returned to life.
Means: (15+10+3)*150 = 4200 hitpoints
With that way, you could "resurrect 17 Archangels while loosing 150 pikemen. That means u get (sure u have to had this amount of Archangels at the start of the fight though!) 13 more Archangels back to life, which will surley be stronger than 150 pikemen, and will win the remaining fight easily...
Only as additional info:
With expert fire, u could resurrect (15+10+10)*150 = 5250 hitpoints, means exact 21 Archangels.
To resurrect the same amount of Archangels in one round with the spell "resurrection", you would need a spellpower of 101 (power = (all hitpoints-160)/50=101,8), and that is not possible..
Try it...u will love it
