Quote: Is the victim blind?
Firespirit: I've asked that question before. The victim had never been blind in his life.

Synopsis
It seems that we all need a synopsis to make it clearer.
____________________________
We picture the victim inside a caravan and a wooden stick next to him. There is another guy outside the window of the caravan who is jumping, so that he can see inside the caravan. That man is the murderer but his murder was indirect. In fact he modified the wooden stick somehow which resulted to startle the victim just before the victim die. The modification of the stick had fraud since the jumping guy and the victim are both relatives and the jumping guy is going to benefit from the victim's death (i.e. inherit lots of money, ... etc.). Moreover, the jumping guy was certain that the victim was going to use the stick after his modification, since he used it in his everyday life.
More info about the victim
Unfortunately, the victim is neither blind, nor uses the stick so as to move around due to some physical inability. It will be interesting however to view the answer that Dodd is going to give to Rebirthing, about whether or not the victim had any sort of disability. Moreover, the victim is not a musician nor practices a musical instrument in his everyday life; so stick doesn't fit that picture either.
More info about the stick
The stick can very well be 80 centimeters long, although Dodd said that it was difficult to answer this question without being misleading.
Moreover, the stick was not part of the victim's peg-leg, neither was cracked in the picture where the victim is dead.
P.S.1: If I forget something, please IM me so as to add whatever is necessary.
P.2.2: Does startle differs much from saying surprised / amazed ? To me they are all synonyms. thx in advance.

Quote: Hahaha, I was thinking the same thing when I asked this question:
"Was the victim startled to death by something different about his stick?"
Unfortunately, Dodd never answered it.
Leo, I think he answered yes to that one indirectly, since he said that the stick was modified by the jumping guy.

To rebirthing. No he is not disabled, but not normal either.

I'm trying to build on the circus issue, as I don't know which questions to ask to build on the "different stick" issue.
Was the stick used in conjunction with a cannon?

I still don't know which key question you are talking about, Dodd, so I will continue to follow my line of questionning.
Was the stick part of a stilt, that a clown uses to make himself much taller?

Well I can't figure out why he was shocked (sorry for forgeting that one but it was a long day) but I want to ask the following:
Was the victim an acrobat that used the stick so as to balance on a rope?
