modable games
What games out there allow you to import your own units, buildings and vehicles besides BF1942 and Warcraft 3? Also how do you mod a game that doesn't have a gamepack/modpack out there on the net?

It's a realtime 2D sf survival/shooter. Heavy usage of random number generator makes it very replayable.
It's a very moddable game. Once you download it, go into /data directory and open Notes.txt for some insights. Also check Notrium Modding forum and faq on official site.
All essential files are in plain text ( /data dir). You can create your own races, weapons, creatures, items, zones, maps...

Unreal Tournament 2004. It's disgustingly moddable. It's hard online to tell what's even part of the real game.

Well I know some games... al EA SPORTS games can be modified easily, also red alert 2 has a modd very cool...
