Most underrated member(s) at HC: Ghost. He is usally bashed by his 'bad' english, but he's a very valuable member IMO. Artu could be in this list too.
Also, Elvin and Corribus do (well, Elvin used to ) a hell of a job. Specially Cor, he has to deal with OSM and WoG and VW.
Most overrated member(s) at HC: BlizzardBoy, Mvass.
Members I miss: Cepheus, DD (not on his Nazi spree though ), Elvin (he still hang out from time to time, but not like Old Good Elvin ), Salamandre.
Favorite poster(s): Joonas. Overall great poster, he is always on the SC2 thread and on top of that hates Swarm Hosts, yay!
Elvin is also a great package, and a very kind guy. Can't hate him.
OhForfSake comments always makes me smile
JJ and War-Overlord for his contribution to H7/speculation topics are also worth mentioning.

I miss DD too. I'm glad I didn't get to experience the nazi stuff, but maybe if I'd been around, it wouldn't have gone so bad.
