introducing the map heaven
Dear newcommer,
if the search for a good heroes map has lead you to this peacefull community, then this is the place you must start your quest.
You will find numerous reviews&walkthroughts and opinions about some of the most popular singleplayer heroes maps.Also mapmakers have submitted some of their maps.
you can also get acces to the largest heroes map site.Lately,through the initiative of members, a new H3&wog maps collection has appeared.
Aside from that, you will get informations about working with the H3 map editor, and soon some basics of mapmaking.
Also as a future innitiative, i'm planning to get some of the best online players to review and post a short walkthrough for the most popular multiplayer maps such as DW,NvsS,GW,CC and so on.

Tigris, We of The Map Archives wish to thank you for your support and hope you enjoy the sites. As you can see, after you join the groups, it's well worth it, we think. Not only do you have the largest selection of maps anywhere, but you also get links to sites you never dreamed of, all relating to H3. Over 50 links worldwide I think? Not sure. Also, on Map Archive VI, the Heroes Portraits have been very popular. So, in the future, we will be making more packages like the ones you see up on the groupsite now, which is just a little sample. 
I think Maphaven is THE premier map site. So does the moderator of the Archives, Pol. We have their link on our first Archive page, we think so highly of it.
Anyway, for those of you who have never experienced the Archives, you should go look at them. And we will be keeping them updated always. Again, thanks Tigris.
