Is it really remodeled? Like different than the prev version?
Good, although has the standard manga hero head, i seem to like it more than the girly angel with a cap. If it just wasnt for that funny fluoroscent skirt.

Thats hardly an angel. (I mean beside the looks) Thats a bad-ass slaughtering machine that could be of good use in my inferno armies. 
As for my interest in them, its since the last time a played devil's advocate ironically enough.

But to give Svarog a hand, I think everyone bothers about the looks of every single creature, wether they're gonna play with them or not.
If you would just mind the faction of your own liking, you would be bothered by minuscule details, but won't see the big plus in the rest of the game.
Sure, I look mostly at the progress of the development of the Inferno faction, but I don't want to ruin the game by leaving out the others.
I do mind the looks of the angels (and others) because I don't want to catch myself thinking ''damn! that thing is uglier than my devil'' when fighting creatures part of another faction (leaving out the Necropolis, that is )

I think its more like a Mace. Its too short and bulky for a staff. Either way it looks like it could deal some serious damage.

Which is what we want, but I still don't get why on earth then Devils are being degraded.
They should have thepower to take care of the angels, in my opinion.

OK, i got some ideas:
the crossbow should be in knight's hands - so it can shoot from mid-range.
The Angel doens't look all that good, but I liked the sword.
why not use a Griffin Rider? after all, isn't the Griffin a symbol of the "Human town"? why not give the paladin a griffin to ride? so when he chatges, the "paladin" attacks while defending the griffin is the one who strikes...
(i don't think the third lvl unit is fair for the "Symbol" of Human kingdom...)
The archer should remain archer (not a crossbowman!), while the upgrade should give them poison arrows/precision shots (or iron arrow-heads for armour piercing the plate/armored units)
The monks or whatever could be more aggressive troop and swing their hammer at enemies from midd-range(like boomerang maybe?) while can be used as caster unit (mass bless, health regeneration)

i was really sad to see there are no pikemen, i thought they were great in h4, anyway i think instead of a ridgid 7-levels-with-upgrades system, i think the system should be more varied, something like this:
pesant <=> conscript => pikeman => phalanx
archer => marksman
footman => crusader => imperial guard
priest => templar OR zealot*
griffin => royal griffin
royal griffin + imperial guard => imperial dragoon
royal griffin + marksman => imperial marksman
cavalier => champion => paladin
*priest can upgrade into templar or zealot depending on which upgrade you build on the monastry
(you can only choose one, kinda like in lv 2-4 creatures in h4) templar is basically a tougher priest
while zealot has very high att/dmg and low def/hp, it also lose it's spells.

Nice, but we won't get anything like the Disciples 2 upgrade system in Heroes 5...

From the new interview on the Academy town:
"There is also a specialization that is exclusive to Haven heroes, who can upgrade any human-based Haven units to any other human-based Haven units (which of course requires godly amounts of recourses)."

According to the concept art and/or screenshots, the angel has a blue stripe in their sword, the archangel has a red stripe in their sword, and the angels' sword hilt is slightly smaller than that of the archangel.
All of that aside, I like the changes to the entire town and creatures; they have been improved over the way they were in H4, which anything is an improvement over that game.
Not that I'm saying that it was a bad game, it just never really measured up to the other games in terms of replay value.
