Hi, my ideas for 2nd upgrades  :
Castle:
Militiamen (Peasant with pikes and helmets)->Pike man->Halberdier
Seraphim with archangel wings
Inferno:
Demon->Horned Demon->Fiery Demon (Black horned demon with red glowing eyes  )
Imp->Familiar->Magmar
Devil->Arch Devil->Motaro
Tower is fine
Dungeon
Minotaur->Minotaur Lord(Minotaur king with lesser armors)->Minotaur king(with 2 axes)
I hope the darkness eye, medusa queen (New) will not be another game’s model
Fortress
Serpent Fly->Dragon Fly->Poison Fly (Black Dragon fly casting poison when attacked)
Basilisk->Greater Basilisk->Ancient Basilisk (use a recolored greater basilisk instead of other model)
Gorgon->Mighty Gorgon->Supreme Gorgon(A recolored mighty gorgon)
Conflux
Pixie->Sprite->Sorceress Sprite (Purple sprite same specialty of sorceress)
Earth Elemental->Obsidian elemental(Black earth elemental)->Magma elemental
Rampart
Dendroid Guard->Dendroid Soldier->Treant (More branches and differences to Dendroid Soldier)
Necropolis is all Great
Stronghold is fine
I hope you like it 
By the way i have sent 2 "More Informative" e-mails to the administator of QS. Hope he got them

Fiery Demon - I've done it long time ago, but just called it Blood Demon...I just can't find time to update the page (So the Idea is not new, but however you will like it)

Minotaur - NOT at the moment
Medusa Q. and D.Eye - Are now only recolored ones .. but looks great.

Poison fly - I already used the name..but it looks different and there are other abilities.
Ancient Basilisk - NO (maybe some day)
Supreme Gorgon - NO...There will be new gorgon called Bronze Gorgon.

Well i COMPLETELY dislike the rock elemental (Where did you find it's model??A tubby rock with hands and a head:  ), the others are not so bad but.......Glad you removed nightmare from fortress and werewolf from inferno.... Frost giant and liquid elementals are not bad also  I hope you also remove kobold, or at least give him wings and a new weapon. It's sweet that Medusa Q. And D. Eye are only recolored. Maybe you should give a new weapon to minolot and change his name.Treants does'nt look like a tree at all (Model from Warcraft 3 right?).They look like a mud puddle with branches.That rogue doesn't fit in to castle by the way. Nomad is OK but rogue....
Hope your "More Devilish ()" monster will not be darkside, it isn't good in 2d.....
I did not say to change the portrait. I want to change the adventure look of campaign heroes (MUTARE!!!A BLACK DRAGON)

Rock elemental is from Might and Magic (Serafin, Basilisk and Frost Giant too) .

Probably they were the uncoolest creature in might'n magic.Basilisks, seraphim and frost giants are cool.
WHEN WILL YOU UPDATE THE SITE OF QS? I can't wait to see the differences AND how much the mod gone so far?! I hope you replaced the uncool rock elemental (They look like an animation character from PIXAR)....
You said no to militia but is'nt it's strange to see criminals (rogues) in honorable castle??

Rock Elementals are replaced....Rogues may be renamed to Spies or something and the problem is solved.
I will update the page when I have time

there is no hero in general that i would like to change, just that i feel that the heroes get forgotten by every upgrade, and i feel that they get very monotonous. variety is the spice of life you know.

i like how you are also considering the creation of new commanders, but i feel the commander that needs to be redone the most is the succubuss for the inferno town i feel like it doesn't fit in very well with the whole inferno vibe

Hello @ all I´m new at this forum and I want to say something about this project.
In my opinion its a great Idea(like all Homm3 fan projects ). But what´s about the unit grafik´s in 3D from WC3. Do you really want to use 3D Modells in HOMM3?
The other Modells looks great. You do a great work. When you think that a first beta or the full project will be releast?
Sorry for my really bad english but I´m from German and I´m doesn´t good in the English lessons
