Leeroy Jenkins
Granted this is just a link to a place where you can watch this video for free, I thought it was funny enough to put in Tavern.
This is one of the funniest things ever.
Just for a little background info...
This is made by people who play World of Warcraft. The sound was probably recorded over Ventrilo and then some program to record the screen as they were playing. 
Anyways to give a bit of context. There are 15 people playing at once against computer spawned monsters or AI. And they need to kill all of these smaller mobs, so that they can get a specific item that is known to drop off a particular boss in this part of the game.
If you've played Diablo 2 or have any idea how that game works, then you should have the basic idea of what is happening.

lol that`s a classic. as i attended blizzCon there was actually one guy with a t-shirt that said "the real Leeroy" on it, and when some of us asked him about it, he hid his face and ran off its quite fun how big this video has gotten, and how classic the error of charging into a huge battle like that is... for a first timer that is anyways, "leeroy" had a webpage of his own some time ago, but he had to shut it down due to immense traffic

I've just named my pet rabbit Leeroy Jenkins.
I'm working on his upbringing at the moment; whenever he does something wrong, I scream "Leeeroyyy Jeeenkins!". So far the results have been amazing.

The paladin -> shaman wasn't bad, but Leeroy Jenkins is definitely one of the funniest things on the internet.
