Using the wonderful google search, I just copy/paste a sentence of the post and do a domain specific search.
Here is post number 200,001. The date of the post is 11/20/2003 at 8:05 PM.

Here's post 199,999. The date of the post is 11/20/2003 at 8:03 PM.
your countries greatest hero and worst villain?
This means the post number 200,000 took place between 8:03 PM and 8:05 PM on November 20th, 2003.
