X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse
First off I must say this is one of the greatest games out there. I have already rented the game and plan on buying it because it has so many possibilities as to what you can do with your X-Men.
Grade: A
Storyline: Immersive, epic storyline—Penned by former X-Men writers, X-Men Legends draws you into an original cliffhanger storyline full of plot twists and intrigue. The rich story continues through 5 acts, yes I dare say acts (just like Diablo II, for all of you Diablo II fans). Vast explorable worlds and destructible 3D environments thrust you into the crossroads of life and death as you strive to survive the fury of Apocalypse!
Gameplay: The sequel to the first-ever X-Men real-time RPG allows gamers to assemble, train and lead their own X-Men fighting force in a battle against some of the deadliest foes in the Marvel Universe including the the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse, creations of apocalypse and Robotic Sentinels. Players must draw on the powers of a diverse pool of X-Men as well as the infamous Brotherhood of Evil. Using teamwork to unleash the full power of their squad. This game can be played up to 4 players (or you can be greedy and control 4 X-Men by yourself )
Features:
-Customizable X-Men squads—Pick your favorite X-Men and upgrade each character’s attributes to create the perfect team. Recruit from 16 heroes (as well as 3 secret characters that will just blow your mind!) including Wolverine, Magneto, Bishop and Nightcrawler. Improve your team and characters and unlock new abilities to aid in the quest as you progress through the game.
-Fierce Super Hero team action—Build a team of 4 powerful X-Men for each mission, switching instantly between team members with real-time control in the heat of battle. You can easily command allies and teammates to assist in combat. Use each X-Men’s unique superpowers to solve puzzles, overcome obstacles and confront enemies. Special moves and super powers can be combined to increase enemy damage and gain experience.
-Intense multiplayer modes—Battle Apocalypse and confront evildoers alone, or team up with friends in co-op modes for up to 4 players.. Dynamic joining allows your partner to jump into the action at any time. X-Men Legends also features skirmish mode, in which players import their single-player characters and attributes for head-to-head combat in versus action for up to 4 players, or in side-by-side battles against all enemies. (These are really fun! Makes me cry knowing that I only rented the game)
Graphics: This is where the game vastly improved from its predecessor. Instead of "self shading" they've applied better graphics. The cinematics are even better, believe me what's better than seeing Beast fly at Apocalypse and beat the crap out of him, in cinematics?!
Overall: Play this game with your friends, believe me it's awesome you get to level your favorite X-Man! Wolverine, Gambit, Cyclops, Nightcrawler (I won't describe it anymore, because I think I've got you hooked) Simply put if you like (X-Men) + (Diablo 2)you will kill to get this game... maybe...
So this the second X-Men Legends game that I've described for all of you, so even if you plan on playing the second one I HIGHLY suggest you go and rent/buy the first one as well! I would inform you to go to the stores and at least rent it before it's sold out or else you'll have to wait a week!

I have recently bought the game and have been playing it for about a week. I'm curious if anyone else has played and has experienced some glitches/bugs, such as the game stopping and buzzing very loudly. My game isn't scratched but it tends to do this from time to time. Any verification would be greatly appreciated!
