I was warned by a mod not to flood the Altar.  
Seriously though, you can expect the Monk, Paladin and Unicorn tomorrow... After that, I guess we must wait for the new official pictures from Ubi to finish the rest.  Their mod must have gone to vacation AGAIN!
My vote goes to H5, because it looks majestic. The H4 version was fine, too.

I'm gonna go with the Homm5 Champions... the Homm5 Cavaliers on the other hand looks dull and uninspiring and that headband looks silly

I like the Champions in this order: H3 best, H2 second best, and H4 third best. They look the most stand-out to me, and not overly cartoonish like H1's version. As somebody mentioned above, H2's clatter noises were the best.

H3 champion and h4 are pretty good but.. the H5 new one is so cool!! Got my vote.
EDIT: whats with the stripey sword on the H5 champion?

I think that the difference between both units is too big. The non upgraded champion looks "poor" near of the rich upgraded fellow. Maybe when you upgrade you also get a nice inheritance...
But they definitively look cool.

I don't quite understand why you would ommit the unupgraded HoMM2 version.

At first I didn't have the pic, then decided it wasn't important enough to change the composition. Finally, I was hoping nobody would notice... but I should have known better.

Is almost the same version... just the color is red, and the helmet didn't have that decoration thing

h5 it's by far the best, especially that blue color on the horse, it definetely shows a high rank, but I don't like the fact that the horse's helmet has the exact pair of wings as the rider...

Just like all the other champions, the one from H5 has a striped lance.
I would rate them in this way: H3, H5, H2, H4, H1. But, then that's just my opinion, everyone likes them in a different order.

the H3 one ...i like the sound of his horse.H2 is on second,due to that charging sound. H5 would have gotten the first place for me if i knew how it sounds.H4 i know this isn't a poll about sound but h4 is last...that purple thing,and the helmet...

The shield on homm3 champion gives me a hardon.
Homm5 one looks ok too, but the helms on both the horse and the knight look too impractical. Replace them with a standard steel knight's helm that covers the face entirely and has a visor and maybe just a little FEATHER (not metal) plumage on top and they'll take my vote.

I liked heroes 3 champion because everytime it moved if you look at the horse it looks like it's head-banging or like it's one of those bobble heads.

HOMM I Champion is a protptype, but I think that the look on the horses face is a nice feature (that was lost at the later games, too bad...).
The HOMM III Champions are good, but not interesting enough, in my opinion. The HOMM III Cavaleries look a lot like the HOMM I Cavaleries.
The HOMM IV Champions are bright and shiny! but they look like crusaders with a lance on a horse. I think they should be more unique. The HOMM V Cavaleries are just plain ugly! look at that outfit! its grey, dull and just ugly! it's worse than the HOMM IV Monk's robe. The HOMM V Cavaleries look like a cheap "before" version of the HOMM V Champions.
The HOMM II Champions (and Cavaleries that are the same only with red color where as the Champions have blue) are just wonderfull! the armored horse, heavy knight's armor, the helment... it's just soooooo cool!
But the best, and the one that I voted for, is the HOMM V Champion.
It is just beautifull. It looks like what a Champion was at its time: a noble, mighty, well armored, well trained, well decorated, rich aristocrat, with the best equipment that money and title can buy. It is like the "after" version if you compare it to the HOMM V Cavalier! it is just great! If only all the other HOMM V units were made that well, with so much consideration and thought put into them...

I'd like to have: The Champion should have the attitude of H2, horse of H5, helmet of H2 Cavalry (or H4), armour of H4, shield of H3 or H5 Paladin, lance of H4, horse's armour of H3 Champion (and not that repetition, TitaniumAlloy), saddle-cloth of H2, reins of H5 Paladin. Is anything missing?
I really couldn’t tell which one I like best. I guess H5 Cavalier (I find that ear protection or collar or what it is of the Paladin weird)…  but with the colors of H2 Champion, which were the best. No, I don't know. I like them all.
But I'm looking forward to the mod that could let us colorize the H5 Cavalier. Think of it!  *sinks down in prayer* Textures! …
