I'm not asking of spells which it uses ,I'm asking what spell power are Faerie Dragon's spells..How strong they are? Or does spell power depends on the number of the creatures (Faerie Dragons)...?

Hmm... think it's very low actually, might be as low as 1sp per fearie dragon.
Why don't you make a custom map, place one hero in it with some differently sized stacks of fearie dragons and one fight with as option beat all monsters?
I would do that myself but the game's not installed anymore and I'm much too lazy to install it today

I think it's either 6 or 8 spellpower per dragon. Not sure though.

Faerie Dragons
I've just done some tests:
Damage:
The spellpower, spell points or magic skills of the hero do not matter. Obviously, Faerie Dragons have unlimited spell points, so various modifiers (such as Pegasi or Archmagi) don't matter either.
This is the BASIC damage done buy a stack of 1 Faerie:
Magic Arrow = 70
Fireball = 80
Frost Ring = 80
Inferno = 90
Icebolt = 120
Lightning Bolt = 145
Meteor shower = 175
Chain Lightning = 250
It's close to spell power 6, or more than double damage of a level 1 wizard, for example... This number is not the exact one, though. The damage is fixed and cannot be precisely compared to other values.
If you have more than one creature per stack, the numbers do NOT simply multiply.
e.g. 10 FD x 70 for Magic Arrow = 520 (not 700 as it might be expected)
The numbers are fixed and add up:
Spell / plus to damage per 1 Faerie*
Magic Arrow / +50
Fireball / +50
Lightning Bolt / +25
Ice Bolt / +100
Inferno / + 50
Meteor Shower / +125
Chain Lightning / +200
* For example:
You have 2 Faeries casting Magic Arrow:
70 + 50 = 120
You have 3 Fareies:
70 + 50 + 50 = 170
You have 4 Faeries:
70 + 50 + 50 + 50 = 220
The damage to respective Elementals is double as it should be.
Spells:
Faeries cast some spells more often than others. The precise percentage would be hard to guess (if it's not listed anywhere in the manual ), or would require a bigger number of tests.
Needless to say, low level spells from the list above are more common than higher ones. Does the number of creatures per stack matter? (Not likely)
The Faerie Dragon readies certain spells even if all enemy creatures on the battlefield are immune to them (e.g. Fire Sultans are immune to all Fire spells, etc). In that case the Fearie Dragon will engage the enemy creature in melee. (But the way, I've never before paid much attention to how cute they actually are when flying...! ) Note that they can still cast area spells (Frost Ring etc) and thus hurt your own creatures.
You can avoid hurting your units with an area spell if you press the "F" key. In this picture, my Faerie Dragon is going to cast Frost Ring on the War Zealot, EVEN if the War Zealot cannot be targeted directly:
(This way you can cast ANY spell -aside from Chain Lightning- anywhere on the battlefield, even far away from all creatures! )
P.S. As for their Magic Mirror, I have yet to see it! It has NOT occured ONCE in my tests (min. 100 times).
In addition, my opponent's creatures (War Zealots + others who had it cast upon them) didn't benefit from their Magic Mirror either ( in other words, no hostile spell ever hit back my Faeries...!).
I understand this 20% chance is checked every time for each Faerie Dragon (stack), but still...???
Or does it work in a different way?!

Probably Slava or Fnord could do it. What is the exact number, though? Those figures are closest to spell power 6, but not precisely 6.

Well I din't know that..it's cool...
But I need to change a POWER...Cause i'm gonna replace faerie dragon with a lower level creature (lvl6) so 6 SP is too much..I would need only 1SP per unit...
