Interesting sidenote: Did anyone noticed that in the background of Lucretia in the preview at the oficial site... well, let me just show you:
"Seduced and turned to the Necromancer ideals by Sandro himself, this ex-Bull Duchy countess immediately showed thirsts for both blood and power..."
Did anyone noticed that single but utterilly important word: SANDRO? I may be wrong, but I hope.
Either way, we never know what an expansion pack may bring to us.

Well done Master Sandro! good thing to bring that into this thread. Sharp notice indeed! but the fact that the hero was drawn into Necromancy by the ideas of Sandro doesn't tell us that she was brought into Necromancy by sandro, only by what he had ones said. But again, it is nice to see that somebody in the new world remembers sandro and his deeds.

But he maby rearise frome the dead, he is a lich, so it should be hard for an enemy to kill him!

Well according to the lore it's not possible to kill a lich without destroying it's soul container, or a soul jar.

old heroes
Gelu is mostly my favorite.
Yog is not bad too.
“”I think it is totally wrong to make a whole new world with no connection to the older ones. As it is seen in Might & Magic, there are ways to pass from one world to another, and hey magic is limitless!””
That is true
Heroes IV was a huge mistake, a total cataclysm that occur when two swords met is something weird, even if they were magical.
I say it should have been something like this:
“…Gelu attacked the barbarian leader with the sword and when the two magical swords met a cataclysm happened in that area and some of its surrounding, both the two armies were vanquished, many of the great heroes that fought beside Gelu died that dark day, only him and very few that wore a powerful ring could survived, they were shifted to a safer place…”
However we are too late Heroes V is in its final touches, they are only fixing some bugs.

That's kinda funny. . .
And besides, who says the portals during the Reckoning didn't exactly lead to Axeoth? It could've lead to the Heroes V world instead, making some people take a wrong turn.

The portal theory is a good one. Think of it: why did only some heroes and not others come out of the portals? maybe they did not perish or "got stuck in the twilight zone" and just got out somewhere else? the Ashan world maybe? I doubt that Nival has been considering it, but if we are lucky (and maybe if we remind Nival) we may get something like this in one of the expansions, who knowes... we can only hope...

Don't seem appealing that Sandro of yours, of course it is a great advantage expert dark magic in the start, but Sandro isn't about the start, he is about power. He should have something that gets him stronger as he becomes more powerful, like how he was in H3.
