AB, Campaign 2, Mission 3 help needed
I decided it's time to play every single campaign in RoE, AB and TSoD. Now I'm at the second campaign in AB.
I know it's a newb question but it's driving me mad.
How is one supposed to win the third mission on the Dragon's Blood campaign in the Armageddon's Blade expansion. This is the one where one must acquire the Vial of Dragon Blood before Ordwald. I've tried tactics varying from "buld what you can in a week and CHAAAARGE!" to "Get the second town, build everything as fast as I can and strike with large army." Nothing works. Ordwald has me vastly outnumber and outskilled everytime.
I might look pretty newbish not being able to win on mission in the campaign but this is driving me crazy.
A part of me thinks this mission is a teaser and CAN'T be won. Logic says otherwise: if it's there it is possible, it's just hard.

You shouldnīt have any problems in that scenario. Chose the dragon as starting bonus, kill blue in that area day 3 or 4, get his town, and try to flag the dragon dwell week 1. Get on sea as soon as possible to free the guy from prison and flag the goldmine. From that on, it shouldnīt be a problem to kill Oswald. Save on that point and try 2 different ways now. Rush him, or wait till u have built dragon dwell in at least 1 town and prolly level4 mageguild, coz townportal comes in handy.
If u really canīt beat him, i could send ya the last save of each scenario.

It took me some time to realize that my topic was moved. Sorry for posting in the wrong section.
Usually that's what I do but he always seems to overpower me completely. Sending me the save is not a bad idea but I wanted to do it myself. I don't like relying on others, I mean just like that. I'd like to make it on my own. That's why I asked for advice, I thought there was some specific trick for this mission. It seems there isn't. Well, I'll try a few more times and if I get REALLY angry I'll ask you to send me the save.

Would be cool if u save day 7 of every week till u meet Oswald (for the case he kills u again) and send them to me, so i could probably see at what point it starts to evolve bad for you.

It's very nice of you to offer such help. Since I've got other work as well, as soon as I'm done with the saves I'll post here. Thank you again.
