Because ovarall Fortress is the town with the most eyes? (6 units with 1 pair and chaos hydras with 6 pairs?)
Because most fortress units are slow walkers, so all they can do is sit there and watch?

hehehe...nice one TNT.
But Russ got it right, fortress creatures (level 1-7 upgraded) have the most "eyes" in summary.
So congrats Russ, u solved 3 out of 5 this time.
