Well, in both styles all creatures move at least ones a turn. Faster creatures may move more then ones a turn, so it may appear that the slower creatures move less, but it is the opossite way. All move at least ones, so the turns are counted by this, so faster creatures may move 2 per turn as the turns are based on the slowest creature moving once.
