Actually, I enjoyed HOMM2 more than HOMM3. But, as time moves on, so must the Heroes players. Lemme see..... nope... no longer on my hard drive, ratz!

Heroes II was fun, but my only person I know that has it(Xenophanes) never wants to play it. The only Heroes game he plays is #3. So I haven't play in a while, and don't remeber much about it. About the only thing that I remeber is that Black Dragons are the best. And Xenophanes, if you read this, don't try to say that it isn't true, because you know that it is true.

Yeah, that opera music was cool, especialy the one in the necromancer's castle. t'was me favourite town. Not only because I like the undead, but it was cheap and quick to make a strong army.

HOMM2 was great. Spend countless hours playing it.
But.........since HOMM III I've never even looked back .. till last month....
I was cleaning out my cd box and found HOMM2 and installed it. That was a realy big mistake ... it realy sucked big time....!
So I'm wondering how U guys can still play or like HOMM 2??

I really liked the maps, especially Broken Alliance, they were so fun to play with. I loved the Warlock castle, and i loved building up my army of Hydras and Dragons. They were an excellent combination.

Homm 2 is soooo cool!
Homm 2 is a great game and I still have it installed even though I dont play it much these days....maybe the next time I run out of internet hours for the month Ill give it a workout...
Oh and btw Lord Woock I have to disagree with you on that music its the only thing about the game that I cant stand.. in fact I play both homm2 & 3 with the sound turned off..hehe

i just played heroes 2 online with 2 friends of mine
We were playing "Good vs Evil" I was Warlock they were Knight and Sorceres in the first day i return my first hero 2 mine castle throw out the centaurs and then walked down in a day of 6/7 i found shrine of the second circle with the spell Haunt hehe  my hero had picked up alot of experience so my spell power was around 9 so then when i had that spell i walked down towarst them and casted Haunt on every mine they had In the third week i had my red dragons hehe  so i bought my dragons and walked 2 my other castle a knight castle and got somevery good spells like ARMAGEDDON hehe then i walked down towarts the Wizard and ques what they still hadnt defeated al those mine yet that i had cast haunt on so it was very easy 2 defeat them because my other allies where attacking from the other side killing my friends

U also could visite the site www.joinip.com there u may find other players who still play HoMM 2
( oops that site doesn't exist anymore )
I think they dont post here anymore because the people here dont play HoMM 2 anymore

try visiting my new thread (I think it wuz called 'For all tose HoMM2 fans out there'). You should find the address to a zip containing two maps of mine. Some better players would say that Invasion is kinda easy, but checkers is different. Although it's a multiplayer map, you can play it on single. It's not as easy as most multiplayer maps that way!
