You know I really hate analyzing humor. (It's better to just let it sing or on the other hand fall flat on order to make way for a new one.)
Anyway, I'll make an exception in this case because you've never heard of Richard Lewis. He's mostly standup, but he's got a rapid deadpan delivery with these wickedly sharp barbs buried just beneath the surface. Ahh, it's a shame that we have to go to war over that...
seriously though I'll keep my eyes out for some used DVD's and I'll ship them to France (provided France postal system doesn't want me to pay for everybody's retirement benefits over there...)
(oh, one major strikeout in regards to Richard Lewis is that he's a hardcore rightist, although that only pops up occasionally in his acts.)
Oh BTW Jerry Lewis:
Bombastic, outrageous, sometimesa lot of the time makes you stop and scratch your head and go 'huh'?
Yeah I think I pretty much nailed that one on the head.

I find myself feeling like a creaky, old, senile grandpa who enjoys his little grandkids until they start getting so loud they wake him up from his afternoon nap.
If that ever happens grandpa's going to crack some skulls with his cane. And then he'll run his dazed grandkids over with his aluminum walker.
So kids, play all you want but be quiet. Grandpa's been napping for a long time and doesn't want to be disturbed.
