Obviously wrong. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions". EVERYONE knows that except you.
Your "reasoning" is clearly unsound. The desire to do good will lead to one doing good. The desire to do evil will lead one to do evil. If you have a desire to eat chocolate ice cream you will go to the toilet and start drinking instead of going and getting some ice cream out of the fridge. At least I hope you don't do that. If you do, please brush your teeth and use a strong mouthwash.
a) You build a bridge over a gap to help people saving time, avoiding a long detour. People use that bridge, but due to a faulty design it collapses and kills lots of them.
b) you want to save a life, rushing a guy with a heart attack to hospital. In your haste you make an error of judgement and kill two passers-by.
c) You learn something that would be rather painful for someone else, and in order ro save him from that pain you don't tell him. Eeventually he finds out all by himself and your friendhip breaks apart because he's disappointed about your behaviour.
d) A woman is followed by a man with a gun and crying for help. You see that, hide behind the corner with some fence pole, hitting the guy with the gun when he rounds the corner. However, later on it becomes clear that the guy is a policeman undercover, following a terrorist.
e) you are president of a state and you see that an ungodly and fals ideology is trying to overtake another country and do away with freedom, and everything else considered worthy. You try to help the beleaged people and send ever more soldiers, bombing part of the country, killing hundreds and thousands, destroying jungles and soil causing pain, death, misery, widows and fatherless children...
There are unlimited examples for humans wanting to do good, ending up doing evil. Even literature is full of éxamples, since it is an always recurring theme in human history.
The rest of your claims is as faulty as this one.

Sir your examplse have not the slightest thing to do with a Christian thinking he is doing good by killing an abortion doctor because of the murders of the abortion doctor. No Chrisitn will murder the abortion doctor or any other sinner because of their sin.
Jesus specificly defined who is his follower and who is not. I am sorry you don't like his definition of Christianity.

I still think you read the whole thing way too litterally, you read the words instead of reading the intentions of the words, but what do I know, I'm certainly no religious expert.

Quote: So no matter WHAT the bible says, "the laws of god will always be broken", which is what sinning is. It's unavoidable, after all that's what Jesus died for. However, it would be folly to exclude people from being Christian just because they sinned: there would be no Christians left anymore because there simply is no one without sin.
You miss the point. It's not about whether you sin or not, but whether you improve yourself regarding sinning or not. If you have absolutely no remorse at all, then you aren't even trying.
(yeah not what you were arguing about with Elodin but I just wanted to throw off this note)
