I like it but...
I like autocombat as long as there are no casualties or sometimes I will see the result and decide the losses are okay but overall 9 times out of 10 I come out of the battles with less casualties than the comp did or just as important different casualties. I have played around 75 hours or more by now and the comp just doesn't do as well as I've been able to do. There have been a number of times I've seen the comp have casualties and I came out with none. Do I screw up now and then or dumb luck takes a hand in things, sure but by far I've gotten better results. Also you often can change the results so you lose the troops you prefer to lose. Who wouldn't rather loose some skeletons over a few vampires?
I'll make a prediction that after everyone plays more just about everyone will end up feeling pretty much the same way. I'm not trying to rain down on a playing option people will like but just don't mind if there are players who will play with it but will likely want to redo a lot of battles and fight them themselves.
Guess maybe I'm being redundant here but it bore further review.

Lose a few, "win" a few..
Hey,
- Who wouldn't rather loose some skeletons over a few vampires? -
- ?
- Well the QC IS a great feat, and as Krezantas or was it M0cara that said ; ... SOLD.... etc.
- I am still a new player at this game, but I see alot of potential in this feature ( game speed and less time consuming amongst some ..) But I also see what Ohms here mentions, but try to take ONE IGPT, and get your troops set up.. then you'll see alot less casualties from that point, even with QC on Well just MHO.

i just don't see a reason not to have it on. with the option to re-do the battle always there, you might as well.. nothing to lose
